Harness the transformative power of the Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA) to empower children and bring out their strengths — at home or in school.
What if you had the tools that enabled you to parent —without getting frustrated and yelling?
What if you had the strategies that let you teach — without threats of punishment?
What if there was a clear, easy-to-follow framework— and coaches to guide you along the way?
What if you could learn to build positive, loving relationships that nurture your child to grow?
You can.
Because when it comes to what’s best for your child, what’s best for your students — You are unstoppable. You care so much.

Change your mindset ⇒ Change your reaction ⇒ Help your child thrive
With NHA, you have the tools to act intentionally with your child and help them build inner strength and resilience.
“Gives them boundaries and hope.”
“This approach has helped me tap into the hidden spirit or soul of my children and uncover their hidden potential. Using clear rules and giving them the chance to reset gives them boundaries and hope.”
Ayelet Crane, Mother of 9
“NHA has helped me reach the intense child”
“In my decade plus of teaching it has taken great efforts for me to peel away the layers of defiance, disrespect, and disruptiveness and nurture every student’s inner greatness. NHA has helped me reach the intense child, and for the non intense… well, I’m not sure if there’s such a thing.”
Adina Rosenzweig, Teacher
“You saved my daughter’s life!”
“Thank you Naftoli and Yael — you saved my daughter’s life! She was aggressive and escalating. Therapy and medication were not working. I was always walking on eggshells. I am so grateful to be on a healthy path together.”
M. S. Lakewood, NJ
Why the Nurtured Heart Approach?
Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA) is a social-emotional parenting approach developed by Howard Glasser that builds a child’s self-confidence and fosters positive behavior.
Both Naftoli and Yael have been extensively trained in NHA and have been successfully teaching this approach to parents and teachers since 2015.
HOW IT WORKS
RESET
the negativity
Stop noticing negative behaviors — and uproot them.
CREATE
an intentional mindset
Choose to energize the positive and the neutral — and celebrate success.
REBUILD
moments
of strength
Set clear, simple consequences — not punishments, to lead children down the right path.
“Can be applied immediately”
“This presentation gave us techniques and vocabulary that can be applied immediately in our classrooms and lives. Every single person emerged empowered and excited to begin this wonderful approach.”
Yael Bussm, Principal
“It’s not a band aid”
“It’s not a band aid, it’s a long term approach which changes the mood and the classroom. It enables a change for the better in the most challenging child.”
R.P., Teacher and father of 5
“Should be required“
“The Nurtured Heart Approach should be required for all parents and teachers.”
D.G., Speech and language pathologist

We get it. NHA will help you shift the focus from the negative to the positive. It will enable you to build your relationships based on focusing and nurturing all the moments of success.
We regularly receive referrals of children with ADHD, OCD, ODD, BPD and more and we’ve seen loads of success. The energy is realigned allowing for a new and healthy connection. NHA is powerful in tandem with other treatments as well. With this approach the parent, teacher, or therapist develops tools to become the change agent for the child.
